Zero Deductible This means that ALL costs associated with Parts and Labor to repair your defective product are covered. Owning a CPS service plan means you’re FULLY COVERED.
Product Replacement Plan Any product that plugs in or takes a battery qualifies for this program. If your product fails to operate properly under the terms of its written warranty, we will replace it, No Questions Asked!
No Lemon Guarantee If our authorized service center determines your product to be beyond economical repair or they have unsuccessfully attempted to repair your product three times, we will replace your product.

Claims Made Easy!
We’ve made our claims process as simple as possible to minimize the time and effort needed to get your unit repaired. We keep you updated on your claim every step of the way so you’re never left guessing.
Our claims process is broken up into 5 steps:
1. File your claim
To file a claim: Simply login to your CustomerCare account. Select the membership you would like to file a claim for. Choose the “File a Claim” link from the Quick Links menu. Alternatively, you may call Customer Service at (800) 905–0443 option 3 for assistance with your claim.
2. Service instructions
We review your claim request and send you service instructions via email within 24-72 hours. Our claims department will review the problem(s) you’ve described with your unit and respond with instructions on proceeding with your claim.
3. Sending your product
Carefully follow the service instructions sent to you. Make sure to package your unit securely so that it arrives at the service facility safely. Your unit arriving safely to us is a top priority and we stress the importance of taking extra precaution to make sure everything is packaged securely.
4. Product inspection
Once received by the authorized servicing facility, the package contents is inspected and recorded. Your unit is routed to a qualified service technician for examination and problem duplication.
5. Product testing, repair and return
The product then goes through a comprehensive repair and testing process. After successfully finalizing in-depth quality control testing, we return your unit to you fully repaired!
